Code of Practice

This Code of Practice is a gentle reminder to members to encourage spiritual growth under the guidance of the Seven Principles.

  1. For all to participate in practical and prayerful ways activities approved and supported by the Church Committee.
  2. To generate a family atmosphere within the Church by welcoming and providing positive encouragement to all new visitors and new members.
  3. To accept everyone without gossip or criticism encouraging the Brotherhood of Man
  4. To be aware of the spiritual and physical needs of members and to either provide support, or to notify the Secretary or President of those needs, all in strict confidentiality.
  5. If anyone has any concern with someone else in the Church, then the substance of that concern should be reported to either the President or other Committee member; they will arrange to discuss the matter further. (If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved then there is a more formal procedure shown in the SNU Church Rules as Rule 26.)
